The tree is medium-sized, with a spreading crown and branches departing at wide angles. Fruits are large, weighing 250–300 g, round-conical or round-oval in shape. The skin is bright yellow, smooth, with a waxy bloom and a possible dull pink blush.

The flesh is firm, crisp, fine-grained and juicy, light cream or yellow in color. The taste is sweet with a mild acidity and honey-vanilla notes. The variety is of universal use; fruits are stored in a refrigerator for 2 to 6 months.

The variety is not self-fertile and requires pollinators. A tendency toward biennial bearing is noted. Fruits are sensitive to damage during transport, and disease resistance is comparable to the Golden Delicious variety.
