The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, reaching a height of 4–6 meters. The fruits are medium-sized and round in shape. The ground color of the skin is yellow-green, with a faint reddish blush appearing on the sunny side.

The fruits are juicy, sweet, with mild acidity and a low acid content. Ripening occurs in September, with the apples capable of storage until February. The variety is characterized as hardy, yet prone to biennial bearing.

To ensure fruit set, the tree requires pollinator varieties that bloom at similar times. Historically, the variety was often propagated by layering, which allowed for the production of own-rooted specimens.
