The variety was obtained by crossing «Golden Delicious», «Red Delicious» and «Conrad» varieties. The tree is characterized by medium vigor, is diploid and self-infertile; it requires cross-pollination for fruit set. A tendency toward biennial bearing is noted.

Fruits are medium-sized, round-flattened in shape with a long stalk. The skin is bright yellow, sometimes with a pink blush. The flesh is creamy, firm, juicy, with a moderately sweet taste and honey-vanilla notes.

The plant possesses high drought resistance and is tolerant to chlorosis, however, it is sensitive to excessive soil moisture. The variety is used in phytopathological research of apple viral diseases.
