The Perrussetto variety is a local Italian variety of Malus domestica, typical of the territory of the Lucca province in the Tuscany region. This variety is preserved within the framework of regional programs for the protection of agrobiodiversity and the support of rare genetic resources.

Currently, detailed agronomic characteristics, such as maturity group, tree morphology, disease resistance, or fruit quality descriptions, are absent in open publications.
