Tree of moderate vigor with a wide, well-branched, globose crown. Flowering is late, which protects the variety from spring frosts. The variety has good wood winter hardiness, but is prone to scab and canker when grown on heavy, waterlogged soils.

Fruits are medium-sized, with a regular, somewhat flattened or conical shape. The skin is smooth, light yellow in color, sometimes with a reddish blush. The yellowish, fine-grained flesh is characterized by its firmness, juiciness, and sweet-tart taste with a distinctive spicy cinnamon aroma.

Harvest maturity of the fruits occurs in mid-October; the consumption period lasts from December to March. The fruits are classified as dessert varieties and retain their shape during heat treatment, which makes them suitable for use in baking, and the preparation of mousses and juices.
