The variety is intended for zones with a deficit of winter chill. For full development, the tree requires an accumulation of 800 to 1150 chill units. The apple tree has a relatively shallow dormancy state.

The fruits have sweet flesh and a reddish skin color. In terms of indicators such as mass, fruit diameter, flesh firmness, and the ratio of soluble sugars to acidity, the variety surpasses some analogs. In production conditions, the variety is often used as a pollinator for other varieties.
