The tree is characterized as slow-growing, with thin shoots and a small habitus. The fruits have a round-conical shape, often with five distinct ribs. The skin surface is greenish-yellow, decorated with red stripes, specks, and russet patches. The yellowish flesh is firm, sweet, and has a pronounced aroma.

The variety belongs to the late summer or autumn group, with harvest taking place from September to early October. The fruits store well, although an oily coating may appear on the skin. The tree is considered winter hardy; however, due to early flowering, it may suffer from spring frosts, and yields are usually moderate or low.
