The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and forms a wide spreading crown, with plant height depending on the type of rootstock used. The variety is characterized by regular yields and good winter hardiness, withstanding frosts down to -28°C, as well as the resistance of its flowers to spring frosts.

The medium-sized fruits have a round or slightly angular shape, a golden-yellow color with a red striped blush. The flesh is white-greenish, crisp and juicy. Due to the extended ripening period, it is recommended to harvest in several stages.

The variety is a good pollinator for other apple trees, and varieties Prima, James Grieve, Alkmene, Berlepsch, Zucchalmaglio and Florina are suitable as pollinators for it. In scientific publications, the variety is also mentioned under the designation Teser T219.
