The tree has vigorous growth and forms a wide spreading crown with strong branches, often cultivated in a high-stem form. The variety is triploid and cannot serve as a pollinator for other apple trees.

The fruits are large or very large, have a flat-round shape with pronounced ribs. The skin at maturity is yellow-green with a reddish blush, the flesh is whitish or yellowish-white, with a sweet and sour taste. The variety is prone to bitter pit.

The variety is a late winter type; fruit harvesting begins in mid-October, consumer maturity is reached by December and lasts until March. The crop is resistant to scab, powdery mildew, and canker, but has insufficient wood winter hardiness.

The fruits are versatile in use and are suitable for making juices, brandy, dried fruits, and culinary processing, and are also consumed fresh.
