The tree is characterized by medium vigor, reaching a height of 2–3 meters depending on the rootstock. The fruits have a round or conical slightly ribbed shape. The skin is smooth, white, light-yellow, or greenish-yellow in color, acquiring a pinkish hue under sunlight.

The variety belongs to the late-maturing group: harvesting is carried out in October, and the consumption period lasts from November to January. Flowering is mid-late, falling at the end of April. The variety is considered productive and is suitable for fresh consumption, baking, and juice production.

In literature, the variety is also referred to as Reinette blanche. In some cases, the name Fausse Tiuffat is encountered, indicating the presence of local forms; therefore, attention is required when selecting planting material.
