The apple variety "Timočanka" is an old variety of folk selection from the Balkan Peninsula. The fruits have a round, resonant shape, are medium to large in size, and can range in color from greenish-pink to red. The flesh is light green with a sour taste. The variety is characterized by high keeping quality; the fruits can be stored until June, withstand transportation well, and are used for fresh consumption and the production of rakia.

The plum variety "Timočanka" was obtained by crossing the varieties "Stanley" and "California Blue". It is a vigorous tree that matures in mid-August. The fruits are large, weighing 50–70 g, oval in shape, and dark blue with a waxy bloom. The orange flesh is juicy and aromatic. The variety is resistant to Plum pox virus, frost, powdery mildew, and rust, and is suitable for fresh consumption, drying, freezing, and processing.
