The apple variety "Titovka" (Titovka raspisnaya) is a vigorous variety with a rounded or broadly pyramidal crown. The fruits are large, cylindrical, ribbed, yellow-green in color with red stripes. The flesh is yellowish, loose, coarse-grained, and has a wine-sweet taste. The variety is winter-hardy, but the tree is short-lived due to the brittleness of the wood, and the fruits have low transportability and are prone to rapid rotting.

"Seyanets Titovki" is an independent winter variety, the tree is medium-sized with a sparse broadly pyramidal crown. The fruits are of medium size (96–150 g), cylindrical or oblate-round, smooth, with a sweet-and-sour taste and juicy fine-grained flesh, storing until March. The variety possesses high winter hardiness, medium resistance to scab, is self-sterile, and requires the planting of pollinators.
