A summer-autumn ripening variety with a harvest period in August-September. The tree has high winter hardiness and abundant spring blooming, and is noted for its endurance and relative resistance to diseases.

The fruits are small, about 5 cm in diameter, and round in shape. The skin is yellow with a red blush. The cream-yellow flesh is juicy, and the taste varies from sweet-tart to sweet-and-sour. The shelf life of the fruits is short.

The fruits have a versatile purpose. They are suitable for fresh consumption and are also widely used for culinary processing, including the preparation of jellies, jams, sauces, and cider.
