The tree is characterized by vigorous growth at a young age, forming a spreading, sparse crown with skeletal branches directed obliquely upward. The variety has good winter hardiness of the wood.
The fruits are flat-round, weighing about 190–195 g, covered with smooth, thin skin that becomes almost transparent upon ripening. The flesh is yellowish-white, loose, very juicy, and delicately aromatic. The fruits ripen from the end of August to mid-September; their shelf life is about 5 weeks.
The variety is susceptible to scab, powdery mildew, and viral diseases, and is prone to canker on heavy soils. It demonstrates relative resistance to fire blight. Due to short fruit stalks, the fruits are prone to damaging each other during ripening, so they require thinning.
