The tree is characterized as weak- or medium-growing, possessing a broad-pyramidal crown. The variety is prone to biennial bearing and requires regular pruning to maintain fruit size and control yield.

The fruits are of medium or large size, having smooth skin of a greenish-yellow color with a red blush or stripes. The flesh is firm and juicy, of a greenish-white color. The harvest is collected in October, the fruits require about six weeks of holding in storage, reaching optimal taste by February–March.

The variety has a universal purpose, is suitable for fresh consumption and culinary use, and is also a good pollinator. Susceptibility to powdery mildew and fire blight is noted; resistance to scab is assessed as weak or medium.
