The variety is the result of breeding work at the ÚEB AV ČR institute. The parent forms were variety Šampion and hybrid OR-38 T-16.

The tree is distinguished by moderately vigorous growth and forms a crown with an upright habit. Fruiting occurs in clusters. The variety possesses genetic resistance to scab and other fungal diseases.

This variety belongs to the group of winter apple trees. The fruits are characterized by good taste qualities.
