Variety description

The variety is the result of crossing the varieties Honeycrisp and SW 159. The tree possesses vigorous growth, forms a spreading canopy with a drooping growth habit, and bears fruit primarily on spurs. One-year-old shoots of medium thickness have a light brown color and medium to dense pubescence on the distal part. Flowers at the balloon stage are purple.

The fruits are oval, medium to large in size, and have a whitish-yellow ground color of the skin with a dark red blush and a marbled or striped pattern. The cream-colored flesh is firm and crisp, possessing a balanced sweet-and-sour taste and a distinct aroma. The variety is suitable for long-term storage.

The variety belongs to the mid-late category, with harvest taking place from mid to late September. The plant is characterized by double resistance to scab and powdery mildew, and also exhibits resistance to heat and drought. The variety is not self-fertile; Elstar, WUR37, WURsixo, and ornamental apple trees are recommended for pollination.
