The variety is a chance seedling and belongs to the culinary types intended for fresh consumption and processing into juice. The harvest maturity of the fruits occurs in September, and the consumption period lasts from early October to the end of November.

The fruits have a golden-yellow skin with slight russeting. A high content of polyphenols causes rapid oxidation of the flesh when cut. The tree is described as low-maintenance, suitable for cultivation in high-altitude conditions.
