The Zeuca tree is of medium or small size, with a semi-open growth habit. It is a traditional local variety adapted to amateur gardening conditions and does not require complex care.

The fruits are medium-sized, spherical, slightly flattened or oblong in shape. The skin is waxy, greenish with a red blush on the side exposed to the sun. The flesh is white or cream-white, crisp, with a pleasant sweet and aromatic taste.

The variety is a winter type; harvesting is carried out in the second ten-day period of October. Zeuca is distinguished by excellent keeping quality and the ability for long-term storage.
