The plant belongs to the species Matricaria recutita L. (synonym Matricaria chamomilla L.). The variety is tetraploid and is distinguished by large inflorescences. Plant height during the first harvest period averages 72.6 cm.

The variety has a relatively long growing season. The produce is valued for its high essential oil content, the chemical composition of which is dominated by chamazulene and bisabolol oxide A. Under experimental conditions, the yield of dry raw material reached 89 g/m².
