The variety is diploid and possesses a moderately long vegetation period. The plant is an annual herb with an erect, branched stem, characterized by high inflorescence yield and stability of morphological characteristics.

The essential oil content in dry raw material varies within the range of 0.6–1.1%. The variety was used in the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic industries, however, it is currently withdrawn from industrial use.
