The variety is synthetic and obtained via the polycross method, in which 65% of local Romanian material and 35% of foreign germplasm were crossed. The crop demonstrates rapid growth in spring and intensive regrowth after mowing.
The plant possesses high resistance to common diseases and good adaptability to various environmental conditions. Crude protein content at the budding stage is 20–21%. The variety is suitable for use in mixed stands with Dactylis glomerata and Trifolium alexandrinum.
