The variety possesses good winter hardiness and in comparative studies shows a lower degree of disease damage compared to a number of other varieties. Dry matterproductivity is at the level of the Estonian-bred varieties Karlu and Jõgeva 118.
The variety is intended for use in forage production, including as a component of grass mixtures. Local Estonian forms of alfalfa, selected during expeditions, were used in breeding. Specialized data on plant height, maturity dates, and lodging resistance are absent.
