The variety has a dormancy index of 4.5 and early flowering onset. It is characterized by a high dry matter yield, uniform harvest distribution across cuts, and high crude protein content. Very good green mass formation is noted after sowing.

The plant possesses good resistance to diseases, including anthracnose and wilt, as well as moderate resistance to lodging and winterkill. The recommended seeding rate is 25–30 kg/ha; the use of an inoculant is recommended during sowing.
