A variety for universal use, suitable for the production of hay, haylage, silage, and for use as green fodder. It is characterized by high longevity: under extensive cultivation it lasts 6–7 years, and under irrigation 4–5 years. The plant regrows quickly after mowing and possesses excellent adaptability to the climatic conditions of the Pannonian region.
The plants have medium height and are resistant to lodging. Stems are of medium thickness with a slight anthocyanin tinge. Leaves are medium green, oblong, and slightly serrated. Flowers are predominantly blue and purple, with white and grayish ones also occurring. Spiral pods contain 8–10 seeds; the thousand kernel weight is 2.1–2.3 g.
The variety possesses good field resistance to Fusarium and Verticillium. Due to the presence of Medicago falcata properties in the genotype, the variety is distinguished by its hardiness and is suitable for both extensive and intensive cultivation.
