The variety was obtained by crossing Eynsford and Augūnė varieties. Plants possess the ability for active regrowth in spring and after mowing, and are characterized by lodging resistance.
Green mass yield is 58.0–60.3 t/ha, dry mass yield is 14.5–17.1 t/ha. The variety demonstrates high tolerance to aluminum toxicity in acidic soils.
The recommended seeding rate is 20–25 kg/ha.
