The variety is a sterile hybrid intended for the production of lignocellulosic biomass used in energy, construction, and the manufacturing of biocomposites. The plant reaches a height of 3.5–4 meters and is characterized by high rhizome viability.
An important feature is the accelerated development cycle, allowing for the first commercial biomass harvest in the second year after planting. The variety demonstrates increased resistance to drought and heat, and is also characterized by higher biomass caloric value and lower ash content compared to standard forms.
The crop is non-invasive and does not spread by self-seeding. The variety is undemanding regarding soils, grows effectively at pH 6.0–7.5, showing the best results on moist sandy soils. After establishment, the plantation is capable of being exploited for more than 20 years with minimal maintenance.
