The variety belongs to the Burley (air-cured) type. In studies dedicated to Greek varieties, low sugar content in the leaf composition is noted.
The variety is used in comparative field trials to evaluate the influence of agroclimatic conditions on yield and chemical composition, including nicotine, sugar, and nitrate levels. Information on agronomic traits, such as height, disease resistance, or maturity, is absent in open publications.
