The variety belongs to the oriental tobacco group and is a Krumovgrad ecotype. The plant shows responsiveness to planting density and soil nutrient regime, which determines growth dynamics and leaf blade formation.

Product quality of the variety is determined after natural fermentation by the levels of nicotine, sugars, total nitrogen, and ash content. Morphological parameters, including plant height, number of leaves, and their area, vary depending on growing conditions and leaf tier position on the stem.
