The variety belongs to the Long A type; grains have dimensions of 6.4 x 2.7 mm and an amylose content of about 18%. The plants are of a semi-dwarf type and reach a height of 90 cm. The variety has high resistance to lodging and Helminthosporium, as well as good resistance to Pyricularia.

The variety is adapted to deep sowing, tolerates cold well, and has the ability to branch. Technological properties allow the grain to be used for parboiling, with a low percentage of defective grains noted. The variety is suitable for preparing risotto due to its culinary qualities.
