The variety is winter-hardy and belongs to the mid-early or mid-late maturity group. Plants have an average height and form a medium-high number of capsules. The capsule type is closed, with a low number of capsules with open pores.

Plants possess average resistance to lodging. The variety is resistant to downy mildew, but demonstrates reduced resistance to Helminthosporium leaf and capsule spot.

The seeds have a medium-high thousand kernel weight; the oil content in them is estimated as medium-high or high. Seed yield is very high.
