The variety is characterized as a crop with a morphine content in the dry matter of the capsules of about 1.8%. In addition to pharmaceutical use, the plant's seeds are suitable for food purposes.

During state variety trials, the seed yield of the variety was about 79.7% of the level of control varieties «Major» and «Opal». Only insecticidal treatment against pests was used during the trials, without the use of fungicides and herbicides.
