The plant forms a bush 46–51 cm high and 36–41 cm wide with green semi-evergreen foliage. The flowers are bell-shaped and bright cherry-colored with a white throat. The variety is sterile, does not form seed pods, and does not require deadheading.
The variety is adapted to USDA hardiness zones 5a–9b (down to -29°C), possesses drought tolerance after establishment, but is sensitive to waterlogging in the soil. It may be affected by whiteflies and spider mites. The plant attracts hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees, and is used in borders, rock gardens, and containers.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
