The plant has lanceolate, herbaceous green leaves and stems with dense, short pubescence. The inflorescences are large with a dense arrangement of flowers, with two flowers developing in each leaf axil. In the bud stage, the flowers have a dark red hue.

The variety is intended for ornamental gardening, including border planting and container gardening. The plant is characterized by shorter internodes and increased stem strength compared to some other varieties.
