The variety 'Cayenne® TP5' is a compact plant with a height of 10 to 30 cm. It forms a dense rosette consisting of heart-shaped, wrinkled leaves characteristic of the species.

The plant is used as an ornamental indoor crop, suitable for office interior landscaping, terrarium cultivation, and the creation of floral arrangements. The variety is suitable for mass production and transport, including in the form of cuttings.

Like other members of the species, the variety is sensitive to moisture regimes. During the cultivation process, the plant may be susceptible to infestation by spider mites, mealybugs, and whiteflies.
