The variety is early and traditional, belonging to the species of parsley (Petroselinum crispum) of the root variety. The plant forms a leaf rosette 30–40 cm high. Root crops are distinguished by firm flesh, their shape and size are comparable to parsnip.
The taste of the root crops resembles a mixture of celery and parsnip. The plant's leaves are also edible, however, it is recommended to cut them moderately so as not to hinder the development of the root. The variety is undemanding, possesses high winter hardiness, withstanding down to -15°C, and low susceptibility to diseases and pests.
