The variety is mid-late or late-ripening; the period from germination to harvest ranges from 120 to 180 days, although there is data indicating 90–105 days. The root crop has a conical shape, a length of 18–30 cm, a diameter of 4–5 cm, and a mass of 90–110 g. The surface of the root crop is creamy white, and the flesh is white, juicy, and aromatic.
The plant forms a spreading rosette of dark green shiny leaves on long petioles. The variety possesses winter hardiness and the ability to withstand temperature drops. The root crops are suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, drying, canning, and long-term winter storage.
