The variety forms very long, from 20 to 30 cm, slender white roots of taproot shape with a spicy flavor. The plant has an upright habit and reaches a height of 20–40 cm. The aromaticfoliage of the variety is suitable for human consumption. The growing period allows for harvesting from August to November or December.
Cultivation requires deeply tilled, loose, and fertile soils, as root quality may decrease in heavy ground. Direct sowing in open field is recommended from March to May at an optimal soil temperature of about 20 °C. In agronomic practice, it is important to observe crop rotation by excluding sowing after Apiaceae crops for a period of four years.
