The period from full germination to technical maturity is 160 to 195 days. The plant forms a spreading leaf rosette.
The root is conical, pointed in shape, 15–22 cm long and 3.5–5 cm in diameter. The surface color is whitish-gray, the flesh is cream-white, and the weight of one root is 45–60 g.
The variety is intended for fresh consumption, culinary use, drying, and long-term storage. The crop prefers sunny areas with fertile soil and possesses drought tolerance.
