Variety description

10 August 2026

The period from emergence to technical maturity is from 55 to 70 days. The leaf rosette is large, semi-spreading or semi-erect, formed on long thick petioles. The leaves are strongly curled and possess a pronounced aroma and flavor due to the high content of essential oils.

The weight of a single plant in the open field reaches 30–50 g, and the total yield is about 2.0–2.5 kg/m². The variety is cold-hardy and tolerates short-term droughts.

The plant is intended for cultivation in the open field and protected cultivation. The greens are used universally: fresh or dried as a seasoning or for garnishing dishes.
