Leaf parsley Menuette forms neat bushes of a rich green color. The leaves have a scalloped shape unusual for the crop, which makes them look like dill.

The plant is biennial; the harvest readiness period is from 40 to 75 days. The variety is cold-resistant and hardy, suitable for cultivation in open field and pot culture. In cooking, it is valued for the tenderness of the leaves, which are used for garnishing dishes, in sauces, soups, and salads.
