The plant is a climbing crop reaching a height of 2 to 3 meters and requiring the installation of supports. The variety forms long, straight, smooth, and fleshy pods, the length of which can exceed 40 cm. The fruits are arranged on the plant in clusters.
The period from sowing to harvest is 12–16 weeks. The flowers have a deep red hue and attract pollinating insects. The variety is cross-pollinating.
