Wisley Magic is a climbing plant requiring supports up to 2 meters high or more. The variety has long, thin, smooth, and straight pods, which can reach 35 cm in length. When harvested before reaching excessive size, they are characterized as practically fiberless and stringless.
The plant has decorative deep red flowers, allowing it to be used for decorating fences and gazebos. The variety is considered reliable and high-yielding, with a harvest period from late July to October. Exposure to very high temperatures may cause flower drop without fruit formation.
