The plant is of the pole type, characterized by vigorous growth and is often used in vertical gardening. The variety is distinguished by the white color of its flowers, which sets it apart from the red-flowered varieties of scarlet runner bean.

The pods are long, flat, and fleshy; the seeds are large and white. The variety is resistant to adverse weather conditions and is suitable for cultivation in cool climates. In official registries, it often appears as a synonym for the variety Emergo.

The variety has a universal purpose. Young pods are consumed as vegetables, and mature seeds are used in cooking in their dry form. Sowing in the ground is recommended in May–June after the frost period has ended.
