The Florphfaro variety, marketed under the commercial name Fabulous Rose, is a groundcover ornamental perennial. The plant forms compact, dense, and neat-looking cushion-shaped clumps reaching a height of 10 to 15 cm.

The flowers of the variety are pink. The flowering period begins in early spring, in March–April. The variety has high winter hardiness (USDA zones 4a–9b), prefers well-drained soils and sunny locations, and is suitable for rock gardens, borders, and container cultivation.
