The plant reaches a height of 36–86 cm. The variety has well-developed stipules and white flowers, arranged two per node. The pods have a blunt apex and are straight or slightly curved. Seeds are characterized by a spherical shape, yellow cotyledons, and a light hilum; the thousand kernel weight is 188–264 g.

The variety demonstrates moderate drought tolerance. It is susceptible to root rot, moderately affected by rust, and weakly affected by ascochyta blight. The protein content in the grain ranges from 22.3 to 22.5%.
