The variety belongs to the sugar pea type with traits of marrowfat peas. The plant reaches a height of 150–200 cm and requires the installation of supports. Flowers are white, pods are green, fleshy and slightly curved. Seeds in a mature state have a wrinkled surface.
The pods are crunchy, do not contain a coarse parchment layer or fibers, and are therefore consumed whole in fresh, boiled, or canned form. Harvesting is recommended when the pods reach a rounded shape before the full development of the seeds. The variety is intended for cultivation in home gardens.
