The Alpine variety belongs to the "Compact" cultivar group, which is characterized by high turf density and a slow growth rate. The plant is used primarily for forming quality green cover on sunny sites and is included in professional luxury-class grass mixtures, including those for sports purposes.

The variety possesses resistance to trampling and the ability to regenerate, characteristic of the species Poa pratensis. During professional trials, the variety demonstrated quality indicators meeting breeding requirements for turf grasses.
