The variety belongs to the compact growth type and forms a dense sod. Leaves are characterized by a bright dark green color and fine texture. The plant is adapted to shaded conditions and is able to tolerate low mowing down to a height of 1.27 cm.

The variety possesses marked resistance to summer patch, leaf spot, and powdery mildew. Due to its biological characteristics, the variety is used for landscaping areas requiring high aesthetic appeal and sward density.
