The variety belongs to the group of lawn grasses and is specialized for creating high-quality turf surfaces. A growth feature is the relatively slow rate of regrowth after mowing, which allows for the formation of dense turf and reduces mowing frequency.

In studies of resistance to pathogens during the spring period, susceptibility to snow mold (Microdochium nivale) and Entyloma dactylidis was noted, and in the autumn period — to rust (Puccinia striiformis). During the summer period, minimal symptoms of Drechslera poae infection were recorded for the variety.
